Will my documents and files be safe and secure?

Our facility has been bespoke designed to securely store documents. The site is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day. The buildings are alarmed throughout. We also maintain a constant on-site presence.

All of our personnel have been CRB checked. A CRB check is a small part in our overall arsenal to provide and maintain the confidentiality and security of your documents.

How easy is it to access my documents?

It is very easy there is no need to make an appoint, simply turn up and sign in (assuming you have authorised permissions) and you can access your documents. A viewing area can also be arranged should you need to read or research your files. ( Documents in Option 3 : Securafile Deep Archive will require a pre-arranged booking )

Can you collect and deliver our document boxes?

Yes we operate a local collection and delivery service which can be added to your schedule and pre booked at any time for any number of boxes( conditions may apply ).

Can I have seperate invoicing for different departments or offices?

Yes your invoices can be structured to breakdown your departments, sites or offices seperately, implementing a departmental cost and budget control.

Where can I get a quotation?

Can I continue to use our own archive boxes?

Yes you can. Should you require extra boxes we can supply boxes that have been manufactured to our specification, they are very strong and address all current health and safety regulations.
